The Campaign to Find Paul McCartney's Lost Bass

One of the most important musical instruments in the world vanished, it’s widely presumed to have been stolen at sometime after early 1969, and has never been seen since. What happened to it? Does it still exist? Where is it? The instrument is Paul McCartney's first bass guitar, a Höfner 500/1 model that he purchased in 1961.

APPLE JAM - WINDOW WINDOW

EXCLUSIVE
ON
FAB4RADIO.COM

May 20, 2020 marks 50 years since the UK release of the Beatles film "Let It Be". During the recording sessions the song "Window, Window" penned by George Harrison was rehearsed four times in January of 1969. It has never been officially released by anyone. Apple Jam will commemorate this date with the release of their own circa 1969 Beatles-styled version of "Window, Window".

The Beatles: Get Back includes footage from studio sessions that have never been seen or heard before as well as their final live performance on a rooftop in London. Iger said the restored footage was “spectacular” and “it looks like it was shot yesterday.”
